How to backup a database in Plesk

To backup a database in Plesk, you can follow the steps below:

1. Log into the Plesk control panel.
2. Click on the Website & Domains 
3. In the list of functions, click on Databases.
4. Click on the database you want to access.
5. In theTools section, click on WebAdmin.

This will open phpMyAdmin, giving you administrative access to the database you selected.

To export the database from phpMyAdmin:

1. Click Export from the top menu.
2. Leave the current settings as they are.
3. Click the checkbox for Save as file.
4. Click Go.

A .sql file will be downloaded directly to the local system.
