Error after cpanel install ” The requested URL could not be retrieved “

Following error occur after the cpanel installation is complete and when we try to access:

IP:2086  or  IP through the browser

ERROR:The requested URL could not be retrieve

First of all Please make sure there is no firewall installed. If so stop that and check.

Also you should stop iptables and check

Service iptables stop
/etc/init.d/iptables status

This should fix the error.
