FTP connection problem

Sometimes while accessing FTP you receive following error:

In order to solve above problem follow the steps:

1)  Login to WHM with root user.

2)  Go To : Service Configuration >> FTP Server Configuration

and  then check if the setting :

TLS Encryption Support :  is configured to read to  “Optional”

if  not, set the configuration  to  “Optional”.

Now try to connect via FTP.

You should not receive any error now.
