In this article we will explain how to set up your domain email address over Gmail<\/span><\/p>\n

Log into your Gmail account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Go to the Gear at the top right and select Settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click the Accounts and Import<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click Add a POP3 mail account you own<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enter your domain’s email address and click Next Step<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Enter your POP3 information for your domains email address in the form.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Username: Your domain email\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Password: \u00a0Your email account password<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. POP Server: mail.yourdomainname.com<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Click Add Account<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    You will see a message that\u00a0Your mail account has been added<\/strong>. You can set the email to send as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you want to send through Gmail, select Yes<\/strong> and Click Next Step<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Enter your Name.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Click Next Step<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    On the Send mail through your SMTP server<\/em> page, fill in your SMTP Server<\/strong>,Username<\/strong> (full email address), and Email Password<\/strong>. Then, click Add Account<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Username: Your domain email id<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Password: your email account password<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. SMTP Server:\u00a0\u00a0mail.yourdomainname.com<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Gmail is auto-populating that field with “smtp” don’t forget to change it with your own domain name.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Now, Gmail will send a verification code to the address you just added. Check your domains email for a message. Enter the code into the text box and click Verify<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
