  1. From the Menu Bar, select Tools<\/strong> then\u00a0Click E-mail Accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Click \u201cView or change existing e-mail accounts<\/strong>\u201d then Select \u201cNext<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
  3. Click your Email account and select \u201cChange<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
  4. Select \u201cMore settings<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
  5. Click the \u201cOutgoing Server<\/strong>\u201d tab<\/li>\n
  6. Check\u00a0the box beside \u201cMy outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
  7. Select \u201cUse same settings as my incoming email server<\/strong>\u201c<\/li>\n
  8. Click Ok, Next and then Finish.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
