While trying to restart FTP via WHM we are getting the error :
pure-authd (/usr/sbin/pure-authd -s /var/run/ftpd.sock -r /usr/sbin/pureauth) running as root with PID
Login to WHM >> Manage Service SSL Certificates >>Reset the FTP SSL certificate.
Try restarting FTP, It should work.
After that make sure to run:
/scripts/upcp –force
If that doesn’t work then do the following:
cd /var/lib/rpm/ rm -f __db.* rpm -vv –rebuilddb
