Login to CentOS Web Panel.
Go to : Script Installers > Scripts Manager
Click on the Install Softaculous button.
If you refresh your browser and the installation is completed, you can see new menu added in the bottom left corner:
When logged in as a USER
User logs in to the CentOS Web Panel they can access Softaculous Enduser Panel under the File Management and Script Installers section.
